A few suggestions to help you:

- Join the Discord if you haven't already, and interact with community members there. 
- Take time to get familiar with the forums, specifically in the DR sections since that's where you're applying. 
- Get some consistent play time on server before applying again, I'm not talking like every single day but something that shows you're fairly active on server. 
- Don't be afraid to ask questions pertaining to rules or things which you're unsure of. 

It's a -1 from me this round. I feel if you take the advice given to you on this application you'll be on the right path and possibly make it next time.
