It's an incredibly old ban, and I don't have any of my old ban evidence. No ban requests on file either, so this should be a no brainer for an unban.
Next time, you should probably put a lil bit more effort into your Unban Request under the "Reason for Admins to Unban" field.
+1 for Unban.
Edit: This was also a ULX Ban Import, so chances are they might need to be unbanned from ULXBans as well.
