Offender's Name: They kept changing their names to the names of regulars.
Offender's SteamID: STEAM_0:1:123319538 and STEAM_0:0:40636818 AND STEAM_0:1:54815583
Potential Witnesses: Prince Nicky (For some accounts), Henry, Benny, Stupid, Mana
Reason to Ban: Ban evasion, Mass RDM
