I agree with Kiwi. It's not an actual rule but it definitely falls under disrespect. You can chose to mute someone if they are annoying or bothering you, however if you yell at someone to shut up instead of muting them, then you're essentially choosing to get needlessly aggressive and cause a scene. If the person is mic spamming or breaking any other rules then staff can handle them, otherwise just mute them and be done with it.
