Another TTT server i used to play on had the matador, bigass rpg.
For balancing it had
* after firing you are stuck in place, scoped view on the missle which you could steer very slightly
This meant you were visible in line of sight for like 5-8 seconds with a big ass shining missle, enough time to shoot em down
* Very loud sounds upon firing and during the trajectory, impossible to miss
* A small cooldown after using it where you could not move
In practice this meant most of the uses were equally effective as a jihad and people barely complained about it being OP
Can't find it in public on the workshop tho :(
Also we def need catboi skins or at least furries thx
