But I can see how donor mods vs mods could be a thing. It's unavoidable. Same concept as someone getting accepted into a college vs someone who got in because their parents have a nice wad of cash. Regardless, every person is different and I know for a fact many great donor mods are here and are great for the community.
I am against this idea because age should not matter. It's your maturity level that should and how you handle things in a professional manner. Would you want a 24 year old mod but he/she acts like a an idiot and don't give a damn about the rules? Or do you want a 13 year old who knows the rules and follows it thoroughly & is very mature despite their age? It's basic concept, age is not how you determine who is a good mod.
The decision making portion of the brain within a 24 year old is far ahead of the development of a 13 year old. Kids are unpredictable. You could have a great mod one day then a abusive kid the next day. Age has everything to do with a position of power. Age is experience. Age is years of quick decision making. Kids let things get to their heads. Remember, most young kids feel invincible already.

Because how would you know if the person has experience JUST because they're older? They could lie. They could be pretending to be this certain age.

I still stand by my position that buying staff is, and always will be a fucking terrible idea. Yes it makes money, but it doesn't mean its not a fucking terrible idea.

If you never seen me before, then ignore me. Just focus on your job.
If you need to know why I'm here when I don't play the server, just ask.
If you want to know why Nicol is Nicole, then its because Nicole is secretly Nicol.

No you silly willy. I said buying staff is a terrible idea. Not everyone who buys staff is going to be cancerous, there are exceptions to that rule but most of them will be, or will never do their job as staff, and while D-Tmods aren't obligated to do anything unless they choose too, i feel like that should change.

A dTMod literally pays for a month of the server. Yes, they should be expected to do shit. But there have been many great staff members who have come from it. @ Scoovie, @"Koharu-Chan", @"BernardoTheBeard", @ Dalek Emperor, and @"KuroKasai" are the ones that come to mind immediately. Sure, we get people like Frank, A Real Loli, and Mosshead, but there are a lot of really good dTMods it who may not have gotten the chance to be staff had that option not been made available to them.
Hell, @ Drew bought Admin on 1PS and he's... well maybe he's not the best example ( Í¡° ͜ʖ Í¡°)

Age is more years towards the development of the decision making portion of the brain. It's Science.

Although this is true @ ProReborn there are many younger players on the server a lot more responsible and mature than older players. I think @"Koharu-Chan" is trying to get the point across that younger players should not be discriminated against if they show maturity.
I have no genuine regrets. You lot can go fuck yourselves, I'm done being treated like a piece of shit in your servers. Every day I'm on it's 1rdm after the other and then I'm called every slur and name in the fucking book. Tell the others to go fucking die in a fire cause I am fucking over it. And when I try to do something about it, I'm the "staff abuser". nah go fuck yourselves
