I am satisfied with what I have posted so far. My gf graduated, this isn’t such a priority that I need to spend all day adding pictures or examples. More exist, and other can add their own below.
Burrito -
Since it will come up, I have also included some reasons of your demotion. These are reasons I have some amount of evidence for, although not all. Some proof has been omitted because I would rather not involve names that have not explicitly given me the go ahead to post. Some reasons have been omitted as being too general or people’s personal reasons.
Reasons included but not limited to are:
Selective staffing (moderate)
This includes ignoring other staff requesting bans or unbans (others can provide to this since they were pm conversations). Some reports are that you will afk when asked to do something by a staff member you will not like. Notably you will still be playing in game at times while suddenly ignoring chat.

Being muted for endgame spoiler after a conversation where I again warned people not to spoil
(Not pictured but could be, burrito is aware of this conversation)
Constantly AFK (minor)
Not a large issue in of itself, but has lead to rude conversations in staff discord when staff ask to either not or alert them as it. This plays into the above and below topics.
(May include a couple pics but don’t want to leak a lot of chat)
Aggressive to staff members (major)
I will leave this proof for the members to post, but you have started fights over small or insignificant topics

Racism and related topics (major)
I am sorry, but we cannot selectively allow you to break rules we have established just because you are black. Not only should we avoid this type of staffing, but how would we manage to do it for anyone else on the server we don’t know?

Nice report response, this is not becoming of staff. This does not fall under a gray area of what can be said between friends (if that’s what it is) as it is a report a staff member had to handle.

Video file of the specific “incident” of us talking taken from an outside perspective. Also included is burrito (w/ others) encouraging a player after this conversation. I requested a staff member who was recording at the time to send me a segment.

In total, we have many reasons we felt you should no longer be staff. You have created several instances where staff members have reported being uncomfortable with you, those who wish to avoid staffing with you online because you are unpleasant, to reports or conversations in discord where you are overly aggressive.
You language on the server also leaves much to be desired. When you are talking to a member you are friends with is one thing, but repetition or leaking into server chat especially when we are actively muting or gagging players for the same thing means you are only doing it to troll.
Aggressive behavior or harassment will NOT be tolerated. Admins must wait to have several pieces of evidence for things like demotions, and we have talked about this one for a long time prior. As stated about, this part is nothing new.
Considering you activity (watered down by extensive afk in some parts) and your attending to forum ban requests and the like, it’s actually a shame to demote you. There are plenty of times where you staff actively, but your overall and recently escalating aggression has caused too many problems. When confronted you have been rude or unyielding, so we do not think this will be a correctable problem. Rather than allow the behavior, we have decided it best that you continue as a member after a short (ban) break.
