Mini was one of the best staff this server has ever had.

I never really experienced much of MiniMe as staff. (They resigned the same day I applied for trusted) But I am a +1 for them being back as staff in any sort of capacity since they seem like a fine person now and for the amount of time I knew them as staff.

I am a +1. Though I may not know mini as closely as others, you can’t deny that they were fantastic staff. I don’t think you will be able to get admin, but I have zero issues with you going to mod. I don’t understand what setting him back to trusted would accomplish since he has proven himself multiple times.

+1 for starting a t-mod. Putting you in Trusted would be wasting the communities time. You would quickly rise back to Mod.

Thank you for stopping in on yet another application, I know in my resignation I said it would be the last time I staffed, I honestly didn't think the server was going in a positive direction at that point as well as simply not being in a good mental state I didn't want to staff anymore. However with the recent changes to awarn, some old people coming back and new/old faces in the staff team and Bryan/Nicols efforts recently has also made it feel like it will be fun again.

What can you do to help the community:  I've staffed before numerous times, getting to Mod Twice out of my three times being staff. I try to bring an objective view to any situation I come across. Other than that I want to help out on the backend again, I want to get into balancing weapons and helping with the battlepass and helping make decision for the server in a more straight foreward way. With my prior knowledge of how to handle reports and do almost anything on the server I believe I can help out again. I do eventually want to be an admin for this community, I do still think I have what it takes to do that and I still hope to achieve it to do as much as I can for everyone here.

Why you want to help the community:  I want to help the community cause through all its ups and downs its survived and I want to help continue its survival. Also the people here are fun to play with and a lot of people I enjoy being around are here.

How did you find us?: I was just looking through servers, stumbled upon this one and stayed.


Other: My resignation earlier this year was mostly fueled by a bad mental state along with the feeling like nothing good was going on for the server and the feeling that I was not fully trusted as a staff member as around that time a lot of things from staff chat were being leaked to a group of individuals that I was heavily involved with but to clear up any speculation I didn't leak. I simply had no reason to and was never asked to. Now though I am in a better place mentally and soon physically too.

+1, I don't interact a TON with mini me. Even though we share quite a few groups outside of dinks, but from all my interactions with him he has been extremely kind-hearted and mature. Even when he was previously staff and I was in my teenage fuck the system phase (i still am its not a phase its who i really am) I never had any problem with him

having him start at trusted or tmod is a silly move given how long he was mod, just a waste of time, he has more staffing experience than over half of the current staff team combined
