What can you do to help the community: Same as last time, my goal is to help moderate the server without bias getting in the way. I feel I have spent enough time as trusted to actually learn how to do said moderating, through handling rdm reports, gagging/muting when needed, and occasionally kicking people when needed (mostly afks). I have made enough ban requests that I can rapidly fill one out when needed. Overall, the additional tools a T-mod has (C-say as a public address system), karma bans, and teleport to move stuck players only can further help me keep things running smoothly.

Why you want to help the community: I have spent a long time already as trusted, being very experienced with the duties involved. As a result, I feel it is about time I finally apply for t-mod, taking on more responsibilities. Additionally, in the wake of a lot of resignations of T-mods and mods, it feels more pertinent to apply now rather than later on.

Other: Now...about that beer I owed ya! In all seriousness though, there may be concerns regarding my somewhat spotty recent playtime. I was originally going to wait to apply after it became more consistent but I was told it wasn't a big issue and applied now instead.

This guy gives a damn, is capable, and knows how to sort through the ttt bs. TTT needs more capable people and Evan is one of them for what I have seen.

-1. You cannot handle the server when you're alone, as you have pinged anytime you are staffing and nobody else is with you, even if there's nothing going on in the server. In other words, regardless of how long you've played, I do not think you are able to hold your own on the server.

+1, I kinda beefed with him when I first met him but aside from that he's very capable and handles the server fine. He knows the rules, he applies them, and does what needs to be done cleanly.

+1 my only worry is that I didnt see you on much when I first started playing on here...but Evan has a lot of experience under trusted, they seem to know all the ropes of how to handle the situations for their respective rank, why not make em blue?

I'm gonna give this a big ole +1. It's about damn time man.

Evan is a more then capable staff member and knows what he is doing. Yes, he calls for on call staff which is a good thing. As a trusted, handling a server of 32 alone with the current player base is not for the faint of heart and its always useful to have more then one staff member on at one time.
I also know he has handled the server by himself in the past with no issues; he's got a great intuition for potential problems. I see no problem with him moving up the ladder.
