Given the information laid out, this person normally would receive a short term ban. I suggest that a perma ban be put in place because of the range of severity of some of his offenses. Playing that Johnny Rebel racist song over the mic and his self defined use of a "Loli Voice" I think warrants a perma.

Kept talking about loli stuff, saying super nasty things trying to get some player to **** his *********. Kept micspamming and was gagged then subsequently told to stop. They initially refused multiple times then said they would stop and they didn't, which can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/LuIBnof. Was also muted in game for spamming chat after being told to stop https://imgur.com/a/B6Qe8tU. Continued to be lewd, say little girl shit on the mic, racist, micspam, slur, rdm players w troll reasons in reports. Server is better off without this player, +1 on perm ban. Just there to cause trouble.
