Other - Degeneracy starts at 31:20 and continues until 1:05:00 when Ncar and Federal Agent get kicked/day banned by @Mother Nuru. until I could make this ban request. Not sure when and if Banksy ends up leaving because I wasn't paying attention to him (read below). Also ilove1234 comes back in a seperate video and plays a song for 3 minutes for no reason then leaves for the night.

Also extra notes but the entire time I was playing/recording/reporting I had only thought it was just Federal Agent and Ncar in the beginning, I didn't realize YungBanksy was slurring so it's good OBS caught that. I even thought ilove1234 was just mic spamming the song for those few rounds but he was doing more than that.

1234 has been banned 48 hours since they left and decided to come back and do the same thing.

Ncar and federal both have gotten permas for the amount and severity of blatant racism.
