Reason to Ban: constant slurs over voice and text chat aimed at harassing people, repeated gag/mute evasion after multiple warnings to stop, multiple RDM and leave, added me on steam and harassed me with more slurs and extreme photos of gore and nudity

Given the extreme nature of the harassment in this case, I have issued a permanent ban. This is well outside the current guidelines for harassment, as much of it did not occur on the server, so I am doing so as more or less of a placeholder until the admin team reviews it or decides to leave it in place.

For now, player is permanently banned.
If further action takes place, please post in watchlist.

I did want to note that the individual involved did join the forums to file a "ban request" against .cee.
I did deny such request due to lack of evidence, format, or frankly anything of merit.
