So this ban happened a while ago. I was on with my friends, having a few drinks, and a player was saying some edgy things to me in text chat, so I 1up'd him and said some worse things. It was very foolish and inappropriate, and I am sorry. This is the first time I have been actually allowed to defend myself on this.

I get there is this GSU thing that has me banned on most servers because of this specific instance, and you can keep me banned if you want. But I just want to put my side out there since the accusations levied against me are pretty serious in their implications when in reality it was just me being a goofball. The only 'chance' to defend myself was my original appeal which was quickly closed and I got a permaban on the forums. I talked to server admins but they either ignored me or said I would not be able to defend myself and to find a different community. I used old connections to arrange a talk with the head admins who banned me. I was put in a discord GC with two other guys, I later found out they are "GSU Council Members." The only thing that happened there was they asked me who I was then instantly blocked me and kicked me from the GC.

I did use two alts to play with my friends after I was told I would not be unbanned under any circumstances. But I was quiet and didn't do anything bad the whole time. The alts bans came when they figured out who I was.

This ban was not your first. You had received a 1 day ban just a few days prior to this one in October. You had appealed that one and it was closed because it was essentially not needed. Ban appeals can take at max a couple weeks before they are processed, so your unban was long up before an admin even had the chance to look at it and our forum admin had it closed.
Your second appeal, which was your first for your current ban, you had deleted yourself, which is an automatic denial of the appeal.

Oh sorry yeah I forgot that ban even happened after the drama of the second one I guess. I closed the second one because a mod was saying I'm going to get forum banned for appealing again or something (don't really remember tbh).

Well I can tell you I won't be making those jokes anymore. I was trying to be funny and it did get a rise out of some of the people there. It was late at night and there weren't that many people on. But I understand why people would be upset at seeing something like that posted, no matter who is on. I wouldn't be putting in this appeal after all this time if I didn't intend to stick to my word.
