You're not supposed to use voteban, even though it's in the donor ulx menu.

You should probably refrain from using voteban in the future.

Donor guidelines don't say anything about votebanning people, i don't know why it's even enabled for us.

Voteban is only to be used on hackers when zero staff are able to get on. They will be unbanned, however you will be chastised by the Admins later for Donor command abuse.
