Looks like they were trying to kick everyone when they got SwiftBadger for the * in his name lol.

From what I can tell (from Discord), doesn't have any previous warns for donor abuse, but I would say this warrants one.

-1, he gagged @Gabe thus providing the server, community, and this country a great service.

Duan was a relatively good egg in the past, but the gag* is kinda blatant. !kick * shouldn't work at all, so I'm not overly worried about that, but he is a long time donor and should know better.
+1 strike or a stern talking to at minimum

Edit: he actually has multiple listings on our staff watchlist for donor abuse in the past, though the last listing was in January of last year (21 months ago).
Something to keep track of, but it sounds like he's behaved for the past couple years. Probably one final warning as opposed to a removal still
