Sleep schedule

Is anyone else's sleep schedule completely fucked?

I got to sleep at 11-12 P.M and wake up at 5-6 in the morning.... I don't think im getting enough sleep

I always feel as if sleeping is a waste of time. There is so much I could do in a day if I didn't have to sleep.

Have to wake up around 7-8 am and ialways end up going to sleep at around 1am or 2am

im on a neat system where i go to sleep and wake up about an hour later each time, so there is like 3 days a month where i actually wake up and sleep at a reasonable time
the other 90% of the time my schedule is a lawless wasteland
