What They Did: MiniMe was running around with a portable tester that was put down by a detective and used up the 3 test. The detective warned him multiple times to put it down and he did not listen to the detecive. I have heard multiple mods say that doing that is considered minging and is KOS.

When They Did It: May 26 around 10PM.

In the MOTD, it clearly states that if the Tester is destroyed or unusable (thrown out of the map for instance) then it's KOSable. If he's just running around with it, then it's fine and is not KOSable, thus you RDMed him. Case closed.

By making it unusable i mean throwing it over the side of a map. using all 3 tests and running around with it, again, isn't kosable.

i tested once. Other people tested. Also making it unusable means throwing it outside the map, making it in unreachable places. Not running arouind with it since you can still use it you just have to cut me off

Do you have video proof of this? kinda impossible to cannot rely on just a statement.

In the screeshot of my slay you can see him admitting to running with it. He was also hopping around with his jump pack in the air from props. So in reality there was no way to stop him. I think that rule should be changed, Its clearly a mingy act and should be punishable.

Well if I was running a server I would like to have my staff team who is representing my server, know how to spell basic english words.
