What can you do to help the community: everything entailed with being staff (except moderate discord) as well as trying to make the server a more fun place when I'm playing. I have years of staffing experience on TTT and have gained a very strong understanding of how to staff efficiently as to keep the flow of the server peaceful.

Why you want to help the community: I enjoy a fun and flowing server and with rule breakers that peace is broken. If I have to put in a little extra effort while Im on to prevent that I am more than willing to do so

Other: I know this is very early into my tenure but I feel almost wasted as a trusted being on so frequently and always needing someone else higher rank to deal with anything meaningful. I feel as though I am more than capable of becoming a moderator and would like to take the steps in doing so in order to no longer rely on other staff members to handle situations I feel more than comfortable handling on my own. I know I am not the most active on discord or forums and that is due to personal choice, I purely enjoy TTT and will stick to this opinion. I do no believe that this should hinder my chances at staff in any way because this entire community is based off of the dinkleberg gmod servers.

Hay Syn, I hope you are well.

You have a chill vibe about you, and I have witnessed your ability to staff for TTT competently, having a very solid grip and understanding of how to do so. I have no doubt that you would do well as a Tmod in practice as you have then demonstrated the ability to do so.

However, I have noticed that your presence on Discord is lacking a bit. This means no one outside of the TTT server itself really knows who you are. As a T-mod and Moderator respectively, you are expected to be a figure in the community.

I suggest getting involved with the wider community a bit more, at the very least on the discord side of things.

I believe you have the ability to take my feedback in stride and give this another go in a month, assuming you don't get this.

Well now I have a clue, this guy can defiantly handle being T-mod and later get moderator so we have more active peeps to ban guys immediately rather than to have to wait quite awhile for other mods to get on to help with the situation (because mods have a life outside of this game), T-Mod is just a step towards this goal of his. Also having more mods to get on so others can take a break would be awesome.

I think a jump to tmod would be fine considering the gap between tmod and mod is way bigger than tmod and trusted. Not voting since I don't play that often but from what I've seen he's a goober who's goober at stafbing plus juan
