Other: Ever since I've joined the server, I've witnessed BmanTheTBM be generally toxic towards other players, especially in reports. It wasn't any time that I was on that I've personally seen him abuse his powers until just now, but after talking with Scoovie, it's evident that he not only does this semi-regularly, but is punished for it each time. There's something to be said in him being warned for his behavior on various occasions, but not getting the message to stop, especially since he was already reported before, albeit with the incorrect format, in which it was specifically brought up how he abuses the bring command. Hell, he even acknowledged it in that exact thread. Personally speaking, I think the time for tolerance in this case is over, since he's been warned on multiple occasions to stop his toxic behavior (by myself personally, actually), and to stop abusing his powers.
