It very clearly states it's KOS if you

WALK PAST.

READ IT. THEN RESPOND.

If A was the one on the un-id and killed b while they were id'ing it then yes it's rdm.
Now if B gunned down A with no questions or warnings, A was on an un-id and it was not RDM.


I literally don't know how else to word this.
