Reason For Ban: Mentioning 18+ Content/some other sexual of some kind but none of them were harassment

Length of Ban: 2 weeks/warning points went up

Reason for Admins to unban: i am banned 2 weeks for the higher points of a warning system (i would assume if not for the warning system i would have been banned for maybe like a couple days) but i did not rdm/mass rdm/made "racial slurs" after serving a ban from a couple months back (none of them were appealed, the other appeals are from like 5-6 years ago) and yes i did bring up the r bomb but i did not harass anyone or said it to anyone other than just a mention. maps later as i did stop. i was asking if this was an 18+ server and out of no where coco bought up something from like maps ago. and of course as players hear, i get called a creep and weird" and all this other shit they were saying to me. what really got me banned though was some dude name nicky accusing me of some shit as i was being named called "creep" or "weird" from others. nick got to the extreme level part and was nothing but gaged. he did not even get a warning. i have never joked about that shit nor i did in the past. i am not perfect and i am not saying i am some dude who is "saint" but i am not some guy who really never did or said anything like (of what nick accused me of) that and it was disgusting to be accused something like that. from some user who was not even admin. and did not get a warning but i did because i was defending myself. i did felt like i was attacked in this situation and would like an unban. next time i talk with staff. before i go and defend my case because i got nothing more than a gag and a warning to get a 2 week ban while the other guy was just let go by just a gag and got a slap in the wrist. afterwards admittedly i was joking around about playing porn on my phone (18+ porn) to the mic and i got gaged but i never even played the noise. and then an instant warn of a 2 week ban. i am human and i dont deserve this, i would like a unban please if not the very least reduce it because if you ask me yes i felt i was the victim of this case and i felt like a trouble maker got his way of getting me banned.

I didn't bring up you talking about the sensitive subject from maps ago, you were the one who kept bringing it up and arguing about it after several maps, and I responded to you explaining why you were told to stop talking about it. Nicky didn't accuse you of /being/ anything, he accused you of discussing another sensitive topic (which, in your defense, to my knowledge you weren't) and he was gagged for it. To my memory, two people called you weird. From the time you logged on to the time you were banned you were consistently making strange comments, I gave you a TON of leeway, eventually the porn thing was the straw that broke the camels back and you were given an official warn. This warn combined with your previous warns resulted in the length of ban you were given. You take absolutely no accountability in this appeal, besides maybe where you apologize at the end but you had just said a paragraph before that you were the victim in this scenario so it comes off as ingenuine. -1 for an unban, wait it out, and keep conversation topics lighter when you come back.

Your constant definition of what seems to be acceptable behavior gives me major pause. Your basic reasoning behind this appeal is "at least I didnt slur again" and "its not like I was hacking."

There are two things that have to be looked at in this appeal: Was the warn deserved? and if so, is an unban in good faith deserved?

I absolutely think the warn was deserved. You and I talked at length the night it happened. You were involved in multiple incidents of weird discussions, and had been told verbally, twice, that those types of discussions weren't allowed here. Someone else (nicky) said that you were discussing pedo shit, which he was gagged for and similarly given a verbal warning for. At this point, you had been given twice the leeway that Nicky had been given, but you still decided it was a good idea to ask if you could play porn through your mic (less than a round after I had given you your second verbal to cut it out).

My concern is that you still seem to think you did nothing wrong, or that you were a victim in this. Until you actually take some accountability and show that you can play on the server without getting a warn, I wont support an unban.

The burden of getting an appeal accepted is on you. Simply asking to be unbanned isnt enough.

did you read the whole post or not? i did admit it. but the whole reason i felt attacked was because coco bought it up after stoping and asking if this was an 18+, also yes you are right i do feel like i am the victim cause you said the other "night" take it to the forums well why didnt you say to not just nicky but the 2 others who were calling me all kinds of names

I did not tell you to take it to the forums. You mentioned in VC that lots of staff say that. My response was that I like to resolve things 1-on-1, if possible, and only when they can't, it should be taken to the forums to be discussed by everyone. I even spent like 30 minutes in a VC with you explaining why you got your warn and why I didnt hand out warn points to other people, and I thought we came to a resolution about that. You even asked if you should appeal it, and I told you that because of your very recent slur warns, the odds of you getting an appeal accepted were very slim. I think even @chibill was there when I said that.

I did not just randomly bring what you said up after several maps. You argued and complained for several maps that I was slandering you and that you said nothing wrong, which I finally responded to with "you were verbally warned for talking about rape". As far as Nicky not getting an official point warning and only a verbal/gag goes, you were given equal (actually far more) leeway throughout your time on the server that night. Had I not given you any verbals or leeway, you would have been warned and banned within the first map you logged on for.

also interpreting what i am saying. what i said was because i havent played the server in weeks and i did not continue with "slurs" after getting unbanned i was playing a little bit in august and came back till the day i get banned. not because its worse than the other but because i did stop i am telling you i can prove myself
