+1, while a lil more knowledge about whats "slay worthy" and whatnot is required, I've seen actual effort on his part, don't have any issues/complains at this point, and while I've heard valid criticism for certain behaviors, everyone is bound to change for good or for bad, only time will tell

I'm at a -1 for now. Your ghosting warn was only a week ago and personally I'd like a bit more time to pass so that I can see that it's not a regular occurrence. Also, If I'm remembering correctly, you were pretty argumentative when you received the warn and as a result chat/vc got a little hectic which is not behaviour I'd like to see in a potential staff member

I don't know but you do definitely need to work on some stuff as Saylor mentioned, you have gotten better with it, just give it time.

I know it's a bit late, but I want to give my 2 cents here. I'll rip off the bandaid first: I'm going to say -1 for now.

It's clear that you do care about the server and you want to see it succeed. I think you're getting a pretty solid grasp of the rules, but you're also definitely still learning. Not surprising, considering you only really started playing TTT within the last ~month and a half. Accumulating time and experience goes a very long way, and recent activity is not something you've been lacking. Keep it up!

Another part of my reason here is your level of maturity. To Saylor's point, you've had a tendency to react quickly and get a bit defensive before taking the time to understand the other side in some of the situations you've found yourself involved in. Even when it gets tough, taking a step back, hearing the other person out, using the tools provided by the server, and referring to the guidelines put in place for you will resolve the overwhelming majority of situations you may find yourself in. Once you reach that point, then I think it would be fitting for you to begin making decisions that have weight over other players on the server.

If you give it some more time, really read up on & study the TTT Rules and the Staff Guidelines, and focus on your ability to make informed and mature decisions when the situation isn't black & white, then I think you'd make a great staff member. Keep up the activity and keep being a positive member of the community!
