We will take a look at all the evidence posted in both threads. Since y’all are reporting each other, I want to get ahead of any potential arguments and ask that both threads be kept civil.

What time and map(s) did this occur?

It started on Meatworld(20:45 - 20:57)  last night afterwards carried onto simple otat(21:40-21:55) and persisted for maps afterwards. I rdmed him once on simple otat and once on rooftops. which is where I started to actually save clips. and in reply to crackbone who wasn't even present at the time of this, I was told by multiple people through voice and PMS that this guy was a minge and was a miscreant (aswell as he was lumped with the actual ghosters on meatworld) he was even gagged on nizeroth for slurs by monkeydog, to which he switched accounts to avoid. all of which I had nothing to do with. When I was suddenly and randomly kosed at the start of a T round on round 1 of otat I said he was ghosting, cause I was sent a pm by dickrash thinking the same. and was killed later on my innocent round by him, for when I said it. I already admitted before he even showed his clips that I did RDM him, he then kept doing it for the rest of the night, even being a general minge in chat making fun of my appearance, and insisting I'm ghosting with random people that joined.(this I don't care for but just throwing it in) again this was over 5 maps after I last rdmed him on rooftops. he has 5 hours worth of clips he admitted to having on the discord, and even said he'd share them - when 3 rounds in a row, you say through mic "I'm proven killed a traitor" and I check and they didn't do a thing? I'm going to assume ghosting, or teaming especially with what transpired. which is why its stated in my post "potential ghosting" I'd enjoy seeing exactly WHY he killed these random people at random times also the reason I even showed it as "evidence"

Ok the video you sent is fucking hilarious, you were literally the only person behind me where i got shot from which of course you were the one to shoot me, i called you out on that, and i later killed you for that, and to no ones surprise you were a traitor, and after the round ended you called it an rdm and when i said that you shot me you said you didnt, so not only did you lie you are also a bad shot which cost your traitor round, git gut next time

Its 5 hours of unedited footage + half of it me being tabbed out watching videos, id much prefer to see what rounds the admins want clarification on and i will post them

Only person who accused me of rdm was tryp, and he was right next to a traitor who killed an innocent infront of me, he went on discord to say that i was rdming and then said my reason wasnt valid because GBA is against the rules, even though its not

 As a new player it took me asking an admin in discord for him to tell me its against the rules, even though reading the MOTD its not mentioned once, as a new player thats confusing and should be clarified so future players dont commit the same msitake i did.

Yeah but it also says that it doesnt cover all cases "However, these are not complete lists and do not necessarily cover all edge cases", and it the tickets i was involved it was never said by staff it was against the rules, so pardon me a new player from something that took getting on call in discord with an actual admin for him to tell me that was the case. either way i will refrain from do so in the future.

To their credit, guilt by association isn't explicitly against the rules (as in there is no mention of GBA anywhere in the rules). There's also the whole :
"However, these are not complete lists and do not necessarily cover all edge cases. If anything comes up that is not covered by what is shown below, it is to be handled at staff discretion."
clause that GottaGoBoom mentioned. This just seems like a case of a new TTT player RDM'ing, when they believe it fell in-line as an edge case. They made their case, they were corrected by Staff/Admins, and they said they won't do it again.

On some of the other RDM examples, I'm 50/50 on some of em. Some I'd say are more valid kills, and some are warnable/slayable. Dunno if I'd go so far as to say "ghosting" though.

IMO I'd say -1 on the ban, but maybe put some warn points on at most so that way if the shenanigans continue then it's much easier to justify a ban. This just seems like a very heated issue between two individuals, nothing banable but something that needs to be figured out regardless.
