Why you want to help the community: Because this is an amazing community and I want it to last forever. I enjoy playing with so many people and hope to give anyone who joins a sense of belonging and the ability to have fun.

How did you find us?: Looking randomly through TTT servers for amazing communities

Other: This is a great server and I love being able to be a part of this server. I am also usually the only staff on for continous hours like this so this would definetly benefit the server community.

All seriousness, during the time that BG has been Trusted I have not seen one instance where I thought they were being unfair, unreasonable, or that they were abusing their role. BG is super active, friendly and just generally adds a strictly positive influence on the server.

It's hard to say whether or not in these past few weeks you have become more confident in your rulings, not to be swayed by outside influence; I have not seen it happen since.

That being said, you're performing above Trusted standards so +1.

I absolutely hate that you have "YT" in your name, it is so reminiscent of moat people, anyone with "YT" or "TTV" to advertise their "content" was usually a headache.

That being said I agree with snow that your current standards of staffing exceed the expectations of trusted, and that you would do well as a test mod.

Based on subsequent feedback, I am a bit concerned whether you are ready for a higher role. I'm not as concerned about the rand/me gagging joke, though you could improve informationally letting us know if we go to far (if things get excessive, absolutely you can and should put a stop to it).

That said, remember to stay professional and fun. I think another month will show improvements, whether granted tmod powers or remaining as trusted.

On server, very consistently, you complain to anyone who will listen about how people treat you while being staff. You've ragequit over it before as well. This isn't something you should be dealing with, people are dickish to some people, but how you deal with it is still something to talk about, and making it a bystander's problem is just uncomfortable to people not involved, and not something someone with the power to do something about it, or at least raise a conversation about it, should be doing.

There are also instances of applying rules differently to different people. The only one I can specifically speak to is mine. The other day you were telling me to not joke gag Jammin, something him and I have been doing to each other for a long time, and would ungag him, clearly perturbed that I was "abusing". But when Jammin joke gagged me, you didn't say a word about it and left me gagged, despite my saying something about it to you. Just seems to be singling me out in this particular instance. The most bothersome thing is you also "abuse" your powers to jokingly punish people. (not before someone says this, I did bring it up to chibill as he was in call at the time...whether or not he knew I brought it up to him is up for debate as everything was loud, sue me)
