When did you first join the TTT Staff Team?: Accepted in February of 2024
What do you plan to do as a TTT Admin?: Continue to be resource to the community and staff team. My focuses will be on training new staff members, as well as trying to get some long-standing things changed in regards to how staffing is handled. Notable items in this area are: demoting inactive staff to stop the promotion of going inactive rather than resigning, formalizing training of new staff, and a possible reshuffling of ranks and permissions (rough draft).
Beyond the staffing side of things, I dont think there is much I want to change for the TTT server other than promoting more frequent seasonal events. This goal is not a snipe at the current team. I very much understand that the frequency of changes is very much dependent on the frequency of getting updates to dinkleberg and those updates getting approved/pushed by him. I would love for us to have seasonal events where weapon skins/playermodels can be earned by things like activity or kills with a certain weapon during the event. Earnable items are one of my favorite things, because it shows an accomplishment that nobody else can get except during a specific period of time.
How can you help the community beyond TTT as an Admin?: I believe that beyond TTT, in community decisions, I have shown myself to be a very impartial voice. Regardless of the initial impression of someone, I always demand evidence before developing my own opinion.
What made you decide to apply?: I've been wanting to apply for a while. There is no pressure for me to apply, currently, other than being another voice in the ring.
Anything else you would like to add?: Please roast me if you want to. Any and all feedback is welcome. I even welcome a denial so I can gather ideas and feedback for next time (if there is one). Also, it is worth noting that for 4 communities, within 2 years of my getting admin, the community has died (I promise this isnt my fault).
