He left before he seen the slay was added. Due to his response, he probably thought there was in fact a cloaking device and thought he was in the clear of any slays. I have played with Kyle and he has not been an issue. Personally, I would like to talk to him before a ban gets in place, even if only the standard week ban.

He did leave before it was tacked on, although he still left before the report was finished (didn't take long)
If he responds fine but I'll leave this for a mod+ to determine since I don't know the guy
