Take it easy, man. Take as long of a break as you need! Better to take a few days or a week every once in a while than to get burned out completely. See you when you get back

But in all seriousness good on you for recognizing the things you can and can't control around you. Take a nice break, eat some ice cream, watch some mindless netflix, learn to play the piano, study 4 years of civil law, have a couple kids and watch them go off to college, you deserve it dad!
