I am sponsoring grim for a few reasons
He is already staff on PH
He is a friendly person

Having staff from PH on TTT could help with the still everlasting tensions between the two servers. Ive been trying to bring up my hours on PH, and the server feels completely alien. When I join DR I see people from TTT, but when I joon PH I feel like I joined the wrong server. It is VERY rare that I see someone I play with on TTT. I feel it would be nice having another PH+TTT staff member.

Grim is a pretty nice guy. Since I have met him, grim has been very nice to me and other members. I have never seen him lose his cool (yet).

I've played with grim on both servers and he seems like a very responisble and friendly player. I would love to see him join the staff team!

I don't believe that you genuinely want to help the server and that you're attempting to reach for a staff position, I know that I'm not exactly the cream of the crop, but the information that I know of you isn't exactly positive. Once you heard the news that Soup received trusted on prophunt with the genuine purpose to help out, your immediate response to that was along the lines of "Oh, you're trusted now? I think I should be promoted to tmod then" without any actual willingness to help the server considering that you supposedly did not make any attempt to pick up any staff load once the mass resignations took place, yet thought you deserved a promotion once others began to help with the staff load, not only that, but as Prince said on your previous promotion application, you were one infraction away from being demoted as staff, how do we know that you suddenly had a complete turnaround in attitude within a week? Not only that, but this application seems like there was minimal effort put into it, that only solidifies my statement that you're just attempting to reach for a staff position, so unless it can be proven otherwise, it has to be a -1 from me.

I'm with Helen on this, the previous staff all left and you left to play TTT. I haven't heard good things before or after they left. I hear there are plenty of people needing help in the PH server you staff. I agreed with Nicky then and have to no reason to believe anything is different. -1

-1 this staff app has minimal effort and you dont seem mature enough to staff the server judging by how you act in the discord. I dont support this app unless you make a turnaround rather quickly.
