Reason to Ban: Attempting to crash the server twice

Proof: Unable to provide proof as he did not incriminate himself in the text chat, but in voice chat said multiple times that he would crash the server and proceeded to do so. Spenstar can corroborate this.

And as @"Zephyr" said, you need some definite proof for a pretty big accusation like that.
