-1 because since he crossed out his sponsors I can probably safely presume he doesnt have any sponsors therefore lacking a base requirement for applying.

Unsure if /s but they changed it last month due to lack of staff.

Your appeal has been declined. Work on your maturity and grasp of the rules. Being able to take criticism is something you need as staff. You may reapply 9/19/18.
