Other: Just watch the clip. He was blatantly softlocking on players, and has a brief history of hacking. Especially having logged bans for hacking on PH. Apart from hacking, he was being very disruptive and trolling in voice chat. Pretty sure with a hacking ban on PH, should warrant a community ban.

+1 on the ban. When we were t-buddies he followed the person shooting me through the wall. Also, when I was an innocent he was a traitor and locked onto my head twice and got the shots perfectly.

Right now he is karma banned, I saw a bit of him locking before he got karma banned, and he has a long history of bans from hacking (including on ph).
