ulx bancheck is literally exactly what the fuck it says it does, it checks if a steamID is banned or not, and I think for how long. Good for moderators or admins who want to see if a steamID is already banned without going through the trouble of banning them again to find out.
Literally the simplest shit for mod or admin or something, could be useful in some scenarios.

It would not work because the server uses gbans

gbans has its own web interface and i don't believe that dink uploaded it.

However queef could do this easily

This can be accomplished in 2 easy steps
1) Copy the gban folder on the website to its own folder
2) Change the database in the config file from dink_ttt_gban to dink_ph_gban

Then just let people know what the PH link is for gbans
