What can you do to help the community?
Since I’ve been test moderatorI’ve banned a lot of ghosters and catch things such as hackers when other players don’t but also I’m always ready to execute something if it’s needed. I can do things when someone needs help when I’m available I’m quick to get on if possible. Also, I like being apart of the community and helping it build up to its full potential. 


Why do you want to help the community?
I would like to help the community out by just making it a fun playable server; no trolls, hackers, or ghosters. I want people to be able to get on and not have to be worried that there’s gonna be a hacker on or anything like that. I've seen the community spiral upward in succession. I would love to help improve the community,

How did you find us?: I just clicked a server with a bunch of people on it because I like playing with a lot of people, then realized how awesome this server and the community was so now every time I play g-mod I only play on this server.

For me I dont know any Minor issues you should work on and I believe your activity in game suits for trusted that post bans and want it filled out.

I don't have any construction criticisms to give you regarding becoming Moderator. 

I've noticed you being on about every other day.

 You're known in the community and people enjoy playing with you. 

You do well to ask question and raise concern for possible issues.

I just haven't seen that last push to become Moderator yet. 

If I see some ways you can improve I'll message you. 

I haven't been on with you in a bit so it is difficult for me to give lots of input here.

This took me for awhile to add my feedback since I'm starting to be more cautious on staff application. Behavior, activity, maturity, etc. These are the main components for a successful staff regardless what rank they might be in. Anyway, I've been playing with you with good amount of time to state my remarks on how you're doing. To start off, you have a good eye whenever there are an obvious group of ghosters. Use the admin chat appropriately and still assist players while recording a particular player. Perfect amount of ban request to move forward, yet, creating ban request threads doesn't essentially mean its the only way to be promoted, but, its more to partake into making one and actually doing something. Forum time is not a problem, but as your game time, I would like to see your time in-game increase just a little more.

Nonetheless, I support Andre to become a Moderator since he does his job very well and capable to maintain his positive behavior while trolls are starting to become problematic. The only problem I have is the time, which is fixable like always. Good luck.

Looking at your previous app for things you were asked to work on, I would say you've come a long way. You've gotten better at spotting ghosting/hacking, you've worked on paying more attention to things, you provide good evidence with your ban requests, etc. Best of luck on your app and I will +1.
