What can you do to help the community?: I know the rules, and I am very fair. I am working on OBS skills and training myself on the use of ulx tools to be a better and more vigilant moderator/trusted/admin. 

Why do you want to help the community?: I love playing on this server, and it kills me when others get on to troll or make things difficult. I want to make the experience enjoyable.

Have you previously applied for staff? Yes, but i also resigned due to unforeseen events in my life.

How did you find us?: I clicked at random and met many great people who have been my good friends for years now. The rest is History.

Other: I love this community and a lot of the people on this server are good people here to have a good time. I want to keep being a part of that.

Hey Wolfgal , Im glad you came back and began staffing again :) the thing is that you just recently came back and a lot of the rules and procedures have changed since you were gone. I' m not saying that you aren't ready. I'm just saying you should take some time to review all the rules, illegal spots, ect... as a lot has changed im going to -1 this for now.

-1 tbh i don't even know if I should be voting since you said you resigned and it looks like its a case of resigning and not getting your rank removed, but putting that aside. I feel like you just returned to the community. A lot of things has changed new rules, new illegal spots, and new player base. Take some time to get used to the community and to get familiar with everything that has changed.

Now for my critic of your staffing abilities I can't give since I think I've literally played a single game

Places to improve on- Increase your thread count as it stands you are lacking in that department. You need 10 threads to apply for tmod and I suggest joining our discord and be somewhat active on it since that's where our community will also ask questions and ask for help with stuff they don't know or if the server gets too rowdy

I just recommend making a intro ( New one ) So that players and other staff get to know you and the community as well.

You need more time being active in the community as a staff member. You were only recently added to the staff discord and are still familiarizing yourself with the changes since you've returned. 

As you become more involved then my vote may change, as I will have more time interacting with you on server. For this application though my vote is -1

I really don't want to state these repetitive sentences, but I'm afraid I have to. Wolfgal, I really don't know you that well despite you being an old staff member. You needed to read the updated rules (I.e. Illegal spots, guidelines, etc.). And also making a ban request. It's essentially important to create a ban request thread. I know it's difficult to create one in this current state since the rules updated. We can't no longer ban ghosters who haven't been forceswaped. But hackers in the other hand, record and upload the evidence. I highly recommend getting use to the updated rules since from last night, you were confused whether or not he should be ungagged next round or not.

In the meantime, take more time as Trusted to be familiar to the new rules and perhaps create a new introduction post like what Sharky said. Like I said, I barely know you and that's not a good sign. Good luck.

I hate to be that person, but you don't meet the current requirements for Tmod.

Minimum Qualifications for Any Staff Position

   60 Hours of Active Playtime on the Server 
   1 Month in the Community
   An Introduction Thread on the Forums
   Active Membership in our Discord Server.
   A Waiting Period of One Month Between Applications.

Tmod

   1-2 months depending on the person with forum activity(8+ threads).

You have 3 threads, don't have the current hours (I'm sure yours just need fixed honestly, i will look into it for you.), nor are you active in the main discord. Discord is important for tmod.
