Reason For Ban: Mass RDM?

Length of Ban: Indefinite

Reason for Admins to Unban: It wasn't mass RDM, it was two people killed from an accidental discombobulator. No one said anything about it at all at first, then CKG slayed me for it wayyyyy later.

Other: Whats poppin. So apparently I mass RDM'ed without anyone telling me about it except one person. This was on the map where it is all walkways and buildings, and under the very highly suspended walkways are multiple large buildings. I remember throwing a Discombobulator at someone body blocking a walkway to spawn and (my luck) it rolled towards spawn. I saw TWO people get pushed off and killed. Also in spectator mode after that I checked and only found TWO bodies underneath and around the underneath area of spawn. I was already slayed for it later on as well. Then out of nowhere, two full games later, I was banned by a new Moderator named Mr. Potato, who I don't even think was present when it actually happened. Also, two people being killed accidentally is not mass RDM, three is. If I am mistaken and it actually was three or more, I am very sorry, for I am an asshat. Like I'm not a kind of person to mass RDM, we're all humans we all make mistakes. I have many friends on Dinkleberg's TTT and I had just got the rank member. There are only a handful of people who don't like me on the server because of some petty stuff and never leave me alone, but I digress. If I was a mass RDM-er I wouldn't have been playing for this long and would have been banned when I first started playing. I would have felt super bad if it was more than two people and would have offed myself or asked for a slay. Again, nobody reported me or said anything except CKG a couple of rounds later in a new map as well I believe. I am very sorry if I actually killed a lot of people and somehow didn't notice.

I will await the evidence & side of the story to be provided before I come to my conclusion. However if this was truly Accidental, I believe the Ban should be removed. And slays being added per each RDM that was done.

Since I was the one who requested the ban I will put my side of the story here. First off it was 4 people, not 2 (https://i.ibb.co/kQtWqqB/20190911213751-1.jpg). Secondly, this only happened as far as I could tell because you were trying to target one player over and over again, even after I had talked to you before and made of point of opening a chat with both you and the player to address it. I gave you multiple warnings and talked to you multiple times and yet you still went and tried to kill him with another discombob at the start of the round, ending up mass RDM'ing. To my knowledge you were also previously talked to by staff about this same issue and you disregarded them as well. This seems to me to be a situation that you brought upon yourself.

But this wasn't a ban for harassment, it was for mass. Which you did do, but I feel that the other issues myself and other staff encountered with you should also be brought up for consideration in your unban request.

I didn't report thunderwalrus "randomly" it was meant for another person ThunderBanned and it was too late when I noticed it so I said over voice chat and told thunderwalrus to just respond with something so i could cancel it. Buuuut he decided to take it seriously even thought it was obviously not meant for him. Then he pmed me all like "Can you leave me alone." trying to act like im messing with him. Which I wasn't. He's obviously just trying to get me in trouble and constantly body blocked me and tried to get me to kill him after when he joined today in pre-round I jokingly said one time it'd be funny if someone RDM'ed him again. Then after CKG told us to knock it off I just ignored him. I didn't "Keep reporting him and canceling them for no reason" that was the one time I accidentally reported him at a later time as I said. Also when I became a member he pmed me something like "yeah but it doesn't make you any less of a bitch" after CKG opened the chat. (idk how to crop stuff sorry)

Regardless of what you both are saying about the apparent targeting, this was a mass rdm ban which was proven to be mass.
If you just got the member rank I feel like you should know better but you know, shit just happens.

Yeah I only brought it up because CKG decided to. And I know like I said it was an accident because I was being body blocked by thunderwalrus thats why I threw a Discombobulator and it bounced into spawn (again, my luck) because he was blocking me right it front of spawn on purpose and pushing me with the crowbar. And yeah mass RDM is mass RDM i get that but the people I killed probably don't even remember it happening neither do they probably care but it feels like I'm being treated like I do it all the time and I ended 4 peoples lives irl like it is a game and all I want to do is play like bruh. Do you really think I meant to kill four people at the beginning of a round? I had been harassed for three games straight by thunder because of a joke I wasn't very keen on getting into serious trouble. This feels extremely one sided. Like if I threw an incen grenade and four people walked into it on purpose so it counted as mass RDM.

Mass RDM is considered to be 3 or more people, which you killed 3 not two. Accidental or not you should have known better like Hani said. You should have known that Crummy Cradle is a very thin and high map.

I am for lifting your ban, but you really need to be careful next time.

It really just happens, I’m not saying that as a “too bad stay banned” because I’m usually forgiving when it comes to unfortunate situations. Just depends on the context.
Just be more mindful next time especially on a map like crummy cradle.
I’m sure at the most this will be reduced, just have to wait for an admin to give the final verdict.
