I can say that Liquid is a newer donor; secondly, I can also say that he was using his powers last night with three staff fully able staff members on. He seems to be in the right place (most of the time apparently) when using his powers however, I just don't think he knows the rules on this server Donors have to follow.

There seems to be a blank space between the evidence provided by the two parties, so the time period between the spamming and the mute is unclear. That makes it kinda hard to figure out if this was abuse or not.
