I was there he said that "they asked for it" and that it was ok but i thought it was pretty blatant tmod abuse like he seemed to be having a temper tantrum, but with staff powers.

That is not what it seemed like because porky re added it and then the kicking occured

Ok, this just isn't needed as a baseless accusation, especially in a serious thread that you made. 


My memory seems to be fading but I thought we had a talk with staff about excessive use of using commands as a joke. The more I think about it, it was more on an individual basis. This wasn't really "abuse" in the traditional sense but a case of shouldn't have happened as much after the first time when it became unnecessary. It's ok to joke around with commands once and a while but it has to be done sparingly and not constantly. Especially if it's more than one within a few minutes then it just looks like we're abusing to everyone else, which is something we absolutely don't want. Commands aren't meant to be toys, they are tools for moderating.
