I temp banned him for 24 hours

I treated this as any other person swapping for the first time, I know I could've banned him straight away since he's already been temp'd banned but, he was given enough warning and understanding why he shouldn't of broken this rule.

Edit: I didn't remember this person and didn't connect that this was the same person so, I'll be adding to the reasons to ban.

Okay, so I'll ban this kid for a week, for trolling, swapping, racism, and evasion. If he does anything racist or evading again it'll pretty much result in a permanent ban.
