The steam id of 1st picture when he leaves doesn't match and from the looks of his previous names he hasn't changed it to impersonate other people correct me if im wrong though

That is not him that leaves, that was a player who got mad because he was changing into his name. I highlighted the part that was of concern in the screenshot.

Sometimes if names are changes quickly one after another they don't sync to the players profile.

I was there to prove that he was changing aliases, he once even sent me a message that said "pm/ splicer0513 fuck u" sadly I could not take a screenshot of the message. Also TeeHee was not his original name, it was the name he left with.  Without proof this comment is irrelevant also to private message someone is !p splicer0513 so I think you're just making this up. No proof though so can't prove either.  

I would like to know what set them off? it's very rare for a Troll to just emerge and start changing their name a whole bunch to cause issues. The main red flag for me is that they changed their name to "this server sucks cock" which means something else was going on that wasn't captured. I am not defending this person, only pointing out that every explosion has a trigger.

So basically I just said "stop changing your name", he got upset at that and started vocally harassing me and other players, so I gagged/muted him as seen in the third screenshot for a map. He started harassing staff more in the admin chat, and continued to change names, one of them being "this server sucks cock". After the map change he left the server.

People get trolls in servers every day. It simply doesn't mean members/staff are doing something wrong in the server. They just do it out of boredom. If you look at other ban requests you'll see for yourself.

I gotta agree with this one, sometimes it's caused by something else, but most of the time it's just people being contrarian and annoying.

I know trolls exist,  my point was that I felt like something was missing. In my 10+ years of online gaming and staffing communities I have never seen someone just join a serve and then change their name to "this server sucks cock" or any variation. Maybe this is one of those once in a blue moon moments. who knows since we don't have the whole story.
