Since the ban occurred nearly 18 months ago, I could see the merit behind you forgetting that you in fact were banned. It is just a game after all; most people forget things that happen after 2 hours have passed.


I do believe that it would probably be best if you were to stop playing on your "alt" account now that you are aware of your ban. From my experiences playing with you, it's not as if you were causing any issues as far as I'm aware of. 


I see this as genuine, but I don't know; something that concerns me is that VAC ban from 63 days ago.  If you'd elaborate on what happened with that, I'll give you my vote.

Yeah I was telling people in the server about that VAC ban... It was on CSGO... I got tired of playing with/against hackers.... Ever since CSGO became free hackers continuously used alt accounts and just spent the 15$ to get prime so they could be placed w people who actually been playing the game legit and it got super annoying for me so I decided to get wall hacks for it to fight against them. Ended up getting banned like a week after using them which I find stupid bc the other people that were legit spinbotting hadnt got banned... Just some wrong descisions...

Sigh... No I was orginally banned on my account... 2 years ago almost... I didnt have an alt at that time... I made this account and didnt even realize I was still banned on this server on my main... So no tech it wasnt ban envading... I honestly didnt know till this morning that I was still abnned on my main... If I need to get off and wait for a response I will... I mean no disrespect and have no intentions on breaking the rules...

This here just makes no sense to me, IMO it just sounds like a bad excuse. Why did you go on an alt first and how did you not “realize” you were banned? What were you doing on the alt in the first place originally, why not join on your main first? I think you are still lying about the ban evading, just drop it at this point and admit it for your own sake. It’s better than still lying.

Thanks for elaborating, Phoenix. I think I am going to give a +0 on this for now because it's a confusing scenario. I'd recommend making another application for a repeal though next month. Best of luck on your appeal.

You're contradicting yourself. If what Jesse said about your talk in game is true. Then IN GAME you confirmed that your main account is banned, thus meaning you're lying right now by saying you weren't meaning to evade and "forgot" or "didn't know."

No, What I am trying to say is back when I was ORIGINALLY banned they said I was ban envading (which I didn't) This seconday account I made two weeks ago wasnt so I could just join the server... I didnt realize my main was STILL banned up until this morning after playing on the server for a week and a half now... if that makes sense... So I had talked to raven and some other guys ingame about it because I wanted to do the right thing and not be that guy that got another account just to play ya feel? I understand its kind of confusing but lets put it this way... I wasnt ban envading when the ban occured back in jan of 2019. I made the account I play with now two weeks ago... joined the server w some friends not knowing my main was still banned... logged in on my main and realized I was banned.. then I made the appeal... I am trying my best to do the right thing and be truthful... I know it might seem hard to believe but I swear I am... I wouldnt have made the appeal if I didnt care... I wouldve just kept playing and not said a word if I didn't care.

this is a very good point and concerns me as well. Why would you need to have an alt account on steam in the first place? why would your instinct tell you to play on this server on your alt account? it does not make sense to me whatever. why do you have two steam accounts unless you were trying to evade? please explain your reasoning for this.

EDIT: I just realized you've already given your explanation. however, I still find it strange how you made two different steam accounts just so you could use one for irl friends and the other for online. This is an incredibly confusing scenario and I don't know if I believe you still. I'm remaining neutral for now. +0

I can 100% assure you I did not have an alternate account back then... yes I was toxic back then but if you read what I said eariler I was going through some stuff and I lashed out... Why would I even start this thread if I didn't care is what you should be asking yourself... In the two weeks Ive played Ive been pretty good and havent really caused any issues except yelling in my mic when I get excited about whose the trader... I am trying to do right by Dinkleberg and I would very much appericate if you supported me for at least trying to make amends instead of accusing me of still lying... I am not asking for you to +1 me or anything I just wish you would accept the fact that I am telling the truth and wish to make things right.

I'll also give you my vote when you tell us a little bit more of the VAC ban even though it's pretty much clear for me that you're not using hax right now since I've been dominating you the entire day.

The in real life friends account I had made was so we could play on csgo together since I had gotten vac banned on it... Also a lot of Rust servers/gmod servers auto ban you if you have a vac ban less than a year.

One of the things I wanted to point out is that I could've easily just kept playing on the server without ever saying a thing and no one would've really been the wiser... but as I have said earlier when I found out I was still banned I had talked it over w Raven and Jess and decided to make an appeal on the fourms about it and do right by Dinkle and right by everyone else because I don't want to break the rules and I want to have fun with the people that play with me.
