I don't see how you kicking them was a "misunderstanding".
Many people were telling you do not abuse you donor powers.
If you see someone (even a donor) gag someone for mic spam in which way would you ungaging them be a misunderstanding?
In which way would kicking them be a misunderstanding?
Even if you knew that they were not staff why would you kick them for no reason?
Why would you gag them for no reason?
Put the staff portion on the side for a second here. See where the problem is?
It makes it much worse that you kicked staff.

Now for the obvious lie here. "I didn't know they were staff"
You play on TTT. You have 29.8 hours on TTT. You know who is staff on there by that point. The staff ranks work the same here as they do there with a bit of minor changes on role responsibility. Trusted is a staff rank on TTT. There is no reason at all that you would see a Trusted rank on prophunt and think "Ahhhh they arent staff on here like they are on TTT". At least put some more times into your BS before you start throwing it around.

You abused your powers. You ungagged someone you were not supposed to ungag. You kicked someone you were not supposed to kick. Simple as that. To make matters worse you kicked a staff member.

-1 for unban and +1 on Donor power removal and Demotion to Supporter.
We do not need someone that abuses their powers like you on the server with any powers or anywhere close to having any access to commands. You clearly do not care and clearly are doing this to troll. If you cared at all, it would have reflected with the amount of time you took to put this unban request.

I don't really understand how you are confused about staff ranks or the gags. You have played on TTT a decent amount and the staff ranks are the exact same between the two servers. Staff said more than once that ERROR was gagged for an entire map for mic spam. You then kick staff and continue trying to ungag ERROR.

The is locked as something similar has happened on TTT with you.

After speaking to the other admins, as well as talking to Dink, we have decided to demote you to supporter on ALL servers. You abused the commands only to your own benefit as well as your friends and abused commands against more than one staff member in a very short period of time. We are not risking the possibility of this happening again as it isn't a matter of if but when.

Basically, your unban request has been accepted and your donor has been revoked.
