I just want it known that I have informed staff and that they have been around when the harassment occurs.


Reason to Ban: Harassment


Proof: I’m sorry but the staff were already sent the proof and I don’t feel comfortable letting the rest of the community see the videos because one of them involves an individual that would prefer not to be named.

I don’t think that it was fair for Captain Price WoGs to get perma-banned over a mass rdm via C4 as an inno. I recognize that several members in that room that day may have lingered and really I don’t understand how to go back in logs, so I can’t even tell you who cut the wire or whatever. I 100% would agree that Captain Price WoGs may have been baited into doing that, but I still reserve my judgment that if he is going to potentially skirt around the rules (especially after being warned by Nicky and Nicol on November 8th about it) then he *should* serve the sentence. Does this mean it should be permanent? Absolutely not, if he’s willing to appeal it then typically I would +1 a reduction (or unban). However, considering this is basically the second time this same scenario occurred, I have a hard time believing that he wouldn’t do this again. Honestly, I don’t think that Captain Price WoGs should be allowed back in the community and I *know* he wasn’t banned because of harassment but I do agree with Nate that if you guys are considering letting him back in the community then maybe we should speak on his character.


Harassment of women: I *have* played with Captain Price WoGs several times and at first he just seemed a bit friendly, but at certain points, he did privately message me quasi-sexual comments, (“you sound like you’re in a porno” and “I did not have sex with Burb’s body”) or something extremely close to that on the second one. I notified staff at the second instance and I believe this is when he got his first warn on October 31st? 



In addition to this I have publicly told him several times that I do not associate with him and that I did not want to interact with him. For the most part he has not privately messaged me outside of asking how I am (and even then it’s sparingly). However, in my opinion I believe that Captain Price does target the women on this server, typically rdm’ing them or calling false kos’s on them which lead to them getting killed. Captain Price WoGs has also followed me around maps and if a false kos is called on me, he kills me right away. Though I know that refusing to follow a kos may be suspicious, it is frustrating being followed around a map and then being killed specifically by him. However my word is *not* my evidence so bringing that up may be a moot point. I also do not feel that Captain Price WoGs took those warns seriously considering his previous comments on how “requesting a song for ‘his friend’ is not harassment”. I was on when Captain Price WoGs received his *second* warn for harassment of female players. I also recorded the specific incident and staff do have access to that video. Sure, it may seem like I made a big deal out of it, but the woman he queue’d the song for did not ask for it, nor does she consider herself a friend of his. I recognize based off of this alone it does not seem “serious”, but it was enough that it made women in the community feel uncomfortable and it is at the point where some of us either try to avoid him when we are on or just don’t get on because we don’t want to interact with him. 


I genuinely think TTT staff should have been made aware that Captain Price WoGs was warned for harassing women and that maybe they should have taken note of how he interacted with them because it is incredibly ridiculous that no one probably has any evidence of this now other than he said/she said and the community is completely biased. So if anything let this be the start of a paper trail for whenever you guys unban him for mass rdm. Outside of the clips staff has there is probably nothing. So great! Also as per the staff guidelines I feel that after his second warn for harassment, Captain Price WoGs should have received a temp ban.

Micspam: Moving on to the second issue that Captain Price WoGs presents to the server is the excessive talking he does. I don’t even think this is something worth banning over, but some staff need to tell him when he is on to cool it on the mic sometimes. It feels like he talks a solid minute without letting go of his push-to-talk button and a majority of time it is not related to ingame stuff which means he is just cluttering comms. Again as per the rules, excessive speaking is considered micspam.

Donor abuse/behaving like staff: There were 2 separate donor abuse threads that were made on him and both of those threads were then merged into one. Despite the two separate threads, he only received one donor strike (to my knowledge, judging by the comment made on the thread). I would like to know why he didn’t receive two. I do not typically notice donor abuse, the only time it ever came to my attention is when Captain Price WoGs jokingly asked to kick me and I replied if he did that I would say it is donor abuse. I recognize that staff have definitely had a bigger issue with this so really I’m just starting this thread to get other people’s evidence/experience with him as well. Sorry if it’s sloppy to make this a thread without “real” evidence, but at this point I think it needed to be done. In terms of behaving like staff, there have been several instances where I’ve been on and I feel that Captain Price almost crosses the line between being a helpful donor and pretending he is staff. The fact that he has stated that “donor are like staff” is kind of a red flag to me because you cannot/shouldn’t be able to buy your position. Yes he has powers, but those are meant to be used in accordance to the rules and assuming the staff on either let you help or there are no staff on. Being a donor does not mean you *have* to help too. But that’s my two cents.

Absolving himself of blame: Now this last bit is not a reason to ban Captain Price WoGs but this is a glaring character issue that I’ve noticed in his responses on his current ban appeal. I feel Captain Price WoGs does not take responsibility of his actions and actively seems to lie about the severity of some of his actions. Jammin really said it best on the unban request.

Things I've seen:
1. Lies regarding ban history (outright denial on existence of previous 2 bans - one was appealed and not acted on, other was not appealed)

1. Acknowledgement/acceptance of their role in the action (baited or not, you still armed it) and recognition that this is against the rules
2. Apology & a logical path forward post-ban (aka, "i will not do this again")
3. Apology & expression of remorse to the individuals killed that didn't consent to being killed.


I stand by my rating of -0 unban and +1 reduction.
While I am still not factoring other issues into my rating, I do factor in behavioral issues typed in text in the unban report itself. I am not factoring his other issues (harassment, targeting, donor abuse, etc.)
I'm also concerned about the future. What is to stop you from going up the next level? Haha, i sniped someone from tower because thats funny? Haha, I false reported Gcubed because thats funnY? The overall temperment and how easily you got baited, after being warned (and given a second chance) is concerning. Without an apology for doing it, I don't see this getting better. Yes, there is some blame to be shared, but Price made a conscience decision to perform an action that resulted in at minimum 2 valid reports. And he was just warned about doing that exact action (arming c4's as inno) a few days prior.”


For the most part this thread exists because I feel Captain Price should be banned for harassment, but I know that there are several members of the community who decided to discuss that on his current unban request. I ask that if you guys have any *evidence* or comments about things unrelated to his unban request regarding *mass rdm* then please leave them here.

-This guy is a total weirdo towards women on the server and I have been on when he queue's for that one woman and she has said she's never told him to request anything.
-The Micspam I can confirm as well because I hear him cluttering the comms every time.
-I wrote the other donor abuse and I believe he should've gotten two strikes as apposed to one considering it was two different situations but Nothing else can be done since the higher ups have done their things.

Wow I guess I really wasn't on enough to get clear judgment of Prices character. After further reading the claims of harassment and just toxicity I deleted my reply on his unban request cause I wanted no part in it. I don't condone this type of behavior. I get harassed often because I'm a girl, I'm mostly called a trap or a tranny (thanks for that one Laced) cause I don't really sound feminine, its even made me cry and made me just want to leave all together. Sometimes I don't even want to use a mic cause I just don't want to deal with it, hell sometimes I change my username and player model all together to avoid any sort of interaction so I can just enjoy the game without being bothered. This shit sucks and I take it very seriously especially when its happening to others. People like that should not be on the server at all. He shouldn't be allowed back on the server if all of this is true. I'm sorry for how you've been treated.

Things like this should not occur on the server. Captian you need to change this behavior. I would suggest learning how to read the room. Pming people things that cleary make them uncomfortable is not ok and once you were informed that you were making them uncomfortable it should have stopped. You show a complete immaturity that needs to change if you want to stay part of this community.

This response is generally only related to the subject at hand here - Captain Price's behavior towards players on the server, with an emphasis on such interactions with female players. I won't be addressing his current permaban in this post, I believe I've already covered it in the other thread. I'm rethinking my thoughts on that thread though, and may adjust my position.

I have had the distinct displeasure of witnessing and dealing with Captain Price for the issues which Burb has cited here in this thread. I personally have added three warns to the user, on the respective dates of October 31st and two warns on November 5th for separate incidents. I have included a photo below showing the times, dates, and reasons for the warns which I placed on Captain Price. I will explain these further.



The first warn was on October 31st. That, however, was not the first time I became aware that Captain Price had been sending inappropriate messages to female players. Burb had made me aware of Price's creepiness before this date and had sent me photos of such. But she expressly told me that she did not wish to make a big deal of it and asked me not to intervene. This left a bad taste in my mouth at the time, but I did as I was asked. 

The weird and kinda sexual private messages continued to be sent to Burb though, and he also targeted her via voice and text chat. I also noticed that this didn't seem to be directed only towards Burb, but towards female players in general. I asked via private message another female player if she too had been being sent creepy private messages by Price, and she confirmed that she had. It was at this point that I decided it was appropriate to add the first warn to Captain Price. Again, this was October 31st.

Burb mentions that TTT staff should have been made aware of Captain Price being warned for harassing women. And this point is important - because I too am a little confused why certain staff members are feigning ignorance here. 

I have no intention of "leaking staff chat" but I will post a photo from our staff chat which only shows what I posted on October 31st, with the photo evidence that I attached alongside such warning excluded in order to protect the identities of the people who reported Captain Price.



I immediately made the staff aware of the problems with Captain Price after adding the first warn to him, which was two weeks ago today. Now I get that some staff members may have missed this, but all it takes is a search of his name in the Discord chat to make yourself aware. 

I also believe that my warning is extremely clear as to the behavior that Captain Price needed to cease. He cannot feign ignorance of such a warning, and frankly, no one else can either. 

The second warn added to Captain Price on November 5th is actually one that isn't related to his harassment/creepiness towards females. Rather, Captain Price asked a very well respected and kind player on the server if "he was special" and tried to proceed further along this line of questioning/commenting. This one genuinely angered me and I made such anger known via voice chat that day. In fact, Burb took a video of this incident and posted it in our staff chat. So yes, there is evidence of this incident as well. So not only does Captain Price's problems include weirding out/being creepy to female players, but he is also just insulting to male players as well. 

The third warn was added to Captain Price by me as well on November 5th. I learned that several staff members besides myself had also talked to Captain Price about his inappropriate behavior towards female players in the intervening days between my first warn and November 5th. But I didn't add a warn simply going off the word of other staff member and their past warnings. Rather, I only added this warn after witnessing him make several sexualized queues in a row, "dedicating" them towards female players who had so clearly not asked for such a dedication. Again, I will not state who the female players were in order to protect their identities and privacy, but I took photo evidence of such incident. Burb as well has video evidence of this, as she has so stated. The fact that other staff members had been talking to Captain Price about his behavior only made this incident, in particular, more serious to me.

That's the crux of my post, but that doesn't mean I disagree with the other points raised. The player harassment is just the thing that stands out to me the most (and infuriates me the most) with Captain Price. 

I also can clearly see that Captain Price has a problem with accepting responsibility for his actions. In the abuse thread that was posted on him, he was aware of the accusations against him, but chose to simply respond and downvote Burb's post by stating "In Burb I don't trust" when she attempted to make him aware of the thread. He then failed to actually respond to the accusations in a substantive manner for several hours thereafter. 

And in the current unban request for the mass rdm ban, he has continually failed to accept responsibility for his actions. Each response he adds he tries to claim less and less responsibility - that it was only a game, that everyone was consenting, that he didn't know better, etc. There is no apology or admission of guilt.

Thanks for making this Burb a full ban request including everything should have been included to begin with, but I guess the initial obvious thing to do would take the mass rdm and ban him for it.

Anyways, since this thread would field my experience with him better. As seen in my previous donor abuse thread, I am likely biased and have taken issue with him so id like to make that clear. As Nicky clarified much of this thread is focused on "Captain Price's behavior towards players." In my own experience he has repeatedly messaged me asking questions about staffing rules and other server information. In many cases, these messages were the result of him being punished by another staff member, and I can only assume he was either looking for discrepancies in staff opinion or he really trust my opinion over other staff, which I really doubt.

Stuff mainly consisted of asking when and how it was allowed to gag staff, if a certain slur was gagable, what he should do if staff and I quote "go rouge", and a recent case where he was asking if a recently promoted staff member actually counted if they had not received their rank yet.

From what I have seen he tries to avoid responsibility and pit others against each other.

Over all this is just more information to take into account overall. For sure nothing damning, but an insight into the type of person he is. If someone wants receipts for any of this just dm me.
