[A Steel Waffle]

I know I am going to be in the minority here but things were said and others clearly stuff that what pretty out of character on this one even queued discord mods and something about grooming. I know this is a clear violation but to be truly honest he wasn't a consistentley bad member. Even Jager was like hey is what I queued ok? I am all for banning jokes like this however the topic shouldn't have been brought up in the 1st place. He didn't start the conversation. Even I was surprised that he got banned. I am a member with 3 weeks of playtime on their belt.I did witness this and was quite surprised by the ban. I understand why it is taken seriously but I know for a fact there was nothing in my opinion that warranted him getting the permanent ban there were alot of jokes thrown about so I do think he did feel he was okay with this comment considering what all was said. We all make stupid comments in a moment like this I would like to see him unmanned as he isn't a bad player in my eyes just said something that went too far.

Regardless of if he started it or not, he has the cognitive ability to choose NOT to make these kinds of jokes.

Yes god forbid anything have nuance, the extent of any of your comments here have been "you did it and so you need to be banned" or "you're disgusting," context never matters and righteousness must prevail.  I'm not getting all Ricky Gervais here, I think it is okay for people to have some limits on what they will or will not joke about, but is your own opinion on the matter so glowing to you that you have to push down any kind of dissent?  "Oh that waffle is trying to make points that don't directly line up with the absolute I have outlined, I'd better hurry down here and state why all his points are invalid because (re-state absolute)."  You have people on here over the voice chat talking about how they're going to do horrible or explicit things to people (jokingly or otherwise) and usually as long as it's not too targeted or detailed the result is usually just a gag or a warning; I understand that you feel the need to draw lines on these kinds of topics but it seems more prudent to treat it as a spectrum.

My main concern is your history with saying weird/sexual stuff in the server. You literally just got unbanned from posting graphic porn in server and already made questionable jokes.
I'd like to gain more context into how bad the jokes were but we take these things pretty seriously

Yeah that position makes sense, I have been keeping that manner of shitposting more in line for the most part; I did not register this particular snippet as breaking the same rule in my head (at least in the immediate) since it was part of a more serious discussion, but it's still not really something that should be typed into the chat in the first place if that's how this particular topic is handled.

Hey man I haven't bad many bad experiences with you. I get it we all say stupid stuff some more than others. I know I've said stupid stuff myself. Just know its a sensitive topic. I wanna see better but man your young and make mistakes. I did see other out of line comments that should've resulted in the same outcome. I do think you were being very unintentional I was there and it very much surprised me to see that. With that said I would bite your tongue with comments like that. I am glad I didn't have my mic on me otherwise I might've screwed up in the same manor. I do know you can do better as there was no intention on being toxic or malicious.
