+1 but perm gag for a bit to tone down the harrassment that BG is referring to?

To address harassment. I was never harassing people whenever I got unbanned. BG joined in Aug 2024, quite some time after this ban. BG and I never played in the same time period I don't think. None of my appeals involve harassment other than the most recent one, which was with 1 member of staff. It is not a "fact" that I keep harassing people when I get unbanned. It was a one time thing, so I'm not sure why BG would say this. He's never met me as a player or talked to me as a person.

To address other reports that involve toxicity before an admin brings it up. They are personal, two sided and generally start with me being killed. In the 9 years or so that I have played, and if you look at every damage log, the latter will show that sometimes I was the instigator. But in that amount of time you're bound to have some cases which you are. Nothing was ever daily or consistent enough so as to depict me as a player who "just likes to RDM" and harass people. Because that's not why I log into dinks.

Forums have turned into people getting caught in the crossfire of personal feuds and reports leading to them being totally antagonized and -1 just for the sake of typing -1. And good people never get to play again because of this. regulars are extremely quick to paint someone as a vibe terrorist and hateful player, when they don't even really know who they are. "This person is appealing a lot, so they must be a horrible person" has become a way more common view than any positive outlook.
The same people who -1 I'm sure have done worse behind closed doors in their actual lives, and have much worse to worry about of themselves.
The line of banning people because they deserve it and just because some people like the power of word, has been immensely blurred. There are people who are banned because they really deserve it, like the teenagers who get on to scream slurrs in the mic. Or people who get on with only 1 intention of RDMing and getting reported as soon as possible then leaving and never touching the server again. And other players who are banned simply because admins want them to be. There has always been an issue of certain players wanting to keep the server smaller and that will never be non-existent. Admins can RDM Admins but if a guest does it they must be held accountable. 

I never take anything to reports. Because I don't think anyone should ever get in trouble in a video game unless they are an actual vibe terrorist hacker or delinquent (the true purpose of forums). So I've always taken it to some lighthearted revenge RDM (I don't anymore after being indefinite) which contributes to certain cases against me and being reported by them even though, excuse my 3rd grade phrase, they started it. Ultimately ending in me taking the decisive blame. I have grown from this on the server and it will not be a problem.

I am taking accountability here for the evasion. Not the issues that have already been appealed for.
Other than personal disagreements, I have never attempted to greatly offend anyone with any sort of extreme disregard. 
This instance and most recent ban was petty argument with a staff member leading to a 7 day target ban (Ryanbrr's note in images on the appeal). I felt like the ban was unjust and more personal. But this is GMod. Not Law & Order. So I evaded the ban knowing I would get an indefinite. I defended myself poorly and the ban evasion was not lifted.

The ban evasion is indisputable.

I don't use my microphone, I only alt walk, and I only use lenny keybinds. A gag wouldn't change much so I'm more than willing to accept those terms
