since BG is staff, he can see just about everything related to your ban history, regardless of when he joined the server (Which was late May 2024 according to Gametracker.) Don't knock somebody down, because they likely know way more than you think they know.

Sorry I don't mean to be rude, August. But where can you point out that I was knocking somebody down? 
BG was -1 because I, "harass people when I get unbanned" and that's just not entirely true. I said above that's not why I log into dinks. So I'm stating that that is incorrect. If you and/or BG or other admin want to go over all of my reports and ban history I would love to break it all down with you if you want to take the time out of your day. But those reports have been settled and already appealed for over the years.
If you decide to go with the "you've already been given too many chances -1" narrative, then I ask the someone else who sees a little bit further than that to consider how long I've been playing, how hard it is to be perfect, how imperfect they actually are, and the direct relation to time played with the influx of opportunities to have a dispute. Not everyone with a lot of time played will have this many reports. I'm just saying to consider it's probability. If you think it all still applies then lets talk about it. Although it took some of the fun out of the game being on the thin ice you have everybody walking on, I have always tried my best to not fall through. I never once was unbanned and excited about how I can now stack more reports. Nobody is, but that isn't my goal. You can say that this doesn't matter but I think the way someone views these things do matter.

I've never harassed anyone who hasn't harassed me, rdm, prop kill, targeted me, whatever. I have taken revenge but stopped since these situations give me more misfortune.
The harassment reports were initially, as I've stated in the message you're replying to, two-sided, personal and at the most, petty between two idiot gamers. All of that has been swept under the rug and the past is the past between me, them, and whichever admin desires to dig into it. So "due to the fact that you keep harassing people when you get unbanned" Is a bit of an overstatement and feels more like an attempt at character assassination to someone you don't really know. Too brim and undeserving of a -1. Do you disagree?

It's similar to a judge looking at a murder trial, seeing the word murder, and giving the deathe penalty. Without ever being conveyed the vital information that it was in self defense.
Like I said this isn't Law & Order. And Not all of my cases are clean. This just seems to be a quick conviction.
Many people don't have a problem with dropping a "nah -1", just because. It's clear that some forumers find satisfaction in keeping undeserving people out, inevitably ending with the judgement that "rules are rules". And I understand. Keeping the server nice small tidy clean and perfect, just the way they want it, enforcing the rules to every degree even if they aren't entirely clean themselves.
I don't judge nor do I have a problem with any vindictive player in specific. And I'm not avoiding accountability for this ban evasion appeal or any of my reports.
Only that I've fallen into the category of -74 reputation because I didn't "just say sorry" and gave admins more to respond to with any kind of counter argument they can think up.

Furthermore I only pointed out his newness to enforce the idea that BG might not have been there when any of this took place. Even if he can see just about see everything related to my ban history, there might still be key points that haven't been recorded, and that matters.

So just know if anything I say gets a little bit twisted that I don't want any problems with anyone. But I think it's the other way around, he is knocking me down. I didn't address it because it offends me, I addressed it because I wanted to make it clear that his statement wasn't entirely true. I apologize (unsarcastically before this is read out of context) If I offended BG on your behalf. I only stated that what was said was fact, wasn't entirely fact. And should be looked at with a little more thoughtfulness

BG says -1 because of two reasons, that of which only 1 was true, ban evasion. Which the appeal debt has been paid as the initial reason of my indefinite ban. Which is why I'm making this appeal 8 months later. Where the desired date of appeal was 10/27/2024. or somewhere around there. I'm not knocking anybody down. I'm sure BG is a good lad, and he could also tell me that himself

Duly noted, just because someone has ban history and report logs on them doesn't mean they won't make the same mistakes. Doesn't mean they will make the same mistakes. Doesn't make them any more or less undeserving.
Just because an admin has ban history and report logs to look into doesn't mean they know the situation in its entirety. Someone can have an RDM report against them or in this case harassment, but other factors coming from the other parties involved not definitively included. I'm not trying to knock down anyone from their power position here, I'm sure the good old -1 never eluded either of you. Only making the point that you can have missing pieces, even if you are Staff.

I'd also be willing to debate that the people involved know much more than you think you know, you know? Most people aren't trying to lie under anyone else's insight. Let's have conversations with our defendants before we assume they deserve the hammer, ya?
