These players can be added to a watchlist in case they continue this behaviour however unfortunately without any evidence there's not much else that can be done.
In future if you want to post ban requests I'd suggest having a read here https://www.dinklebergsgmod.com/site/Thr...AN-REQUEST
and following this procedure, and gathering video/picture evidence to support your claims.
You can also ask for a staff member to come onto server by joining the discord, who will be able to handle the issue.
