Potential Witnesses: Blurgh, Mayo, Lobster, double tap 2.0 (these are the only people I know that are on regularly and afaik witnessed it)
Reason to Ban: Bhopping (possibly scripting?), it's to the point that no one could kill/catch him

Other: ThisShitSlaps (STEAM_0:1:95523073) also was bhopping and rdm'd several people but I don't have proof of that.
