Two things:
1. I encourage everybody replying to NOT quote the entire post so we don't get carpol tunnel via mouse wheel
2. SInce he already applied and was denied, I'd encourage the team to consider an exemption for the rule, I suspect some staff members may have enocuraged him to make his post. But I would only +1 a reduction minimum 1 month to conform to that requirement.
