Grapples aren't exactly something everyone has and if the place you go to, i.e. on top of the roof on casino, is either not accessable to all (with the exception of the t or d rooms on maps) or is outside of the maps bounds it can cause issues such as this.

If you grapple to a place no one else can get to it creates an unfair advantage due to T's or inno's having no way to get to you. In this case they can still damage you but you are still outside of the maps bounds and can easily step back and be unaccessible to those without grapples.

Rule of thumb, if you can't get there as an innocent with no grapple, chances are you shouldn't be there.

I got there without a grapple hook, I was saying if you didn't have a jump pack you could grapple there.

The rules specifically state that the pixel walk on top of Casino is not exploiting unless you go behind the balcony on the right side of spawn

Keep it simple stupid.

If a staff member already teleported you from a location once, don't go back to the same spot. 

If a staff member has already taken action to move you or warn you, the best thing for you to do is acknowledge that what you did may have been wrong. 

It's ok to ask questions, but the moment you start pointing fingers is when the grave digging begins.

It is not a staff members job or responsibility to micromanage the players, the staff want to enjoy the game too. Staff are here to make sure the game remains fair to the players,  and that the rules/guidelines are followed appropriately.  

You've already served your sentence and I hope you've learned positive lessons from it.
