Just FYI chili, with the awarn logs, we also have screenshot of the messages that caused the warns, the player you had been harassing that got you the warn that you evaded the threshold ban for was not staff, additionly you were harassing staff you decided betrayed by targeting them on yoir T rounds (your own words).

Also can you stop making your starky comments in microscopic text, its more the mildly annoying.

I'm sure I'm one of the common forum rats who have -1'd your appeals in the past, but frankly it was just because of the quality of the appeals.

I'm all for second chances and even third chances, if they are deserved and if evidence exists of change.

It seems you are taking accountability for some of the past actions, especially the egregious ban evasion and rdming, but it seems you are defending some of the alleged harassment. If that's the case, I believe staff would need to evaluate the past evidence to determine whether you were appropriately defending yourself, or actually targeting others.

The one thing I will push back against is your last statement. We gave you the chance to defend yourself, in multiple appeals, but you tossed that chance aside by posting shitposts, as you yourself admit.

You bring up some interesting points, and a lot of thought went into this appeal. The question I'm asking myself is, would your presence in the server harm or impact the quality of the TTT experience (whatever the hell that means at this point)? I'm wondering if it's worth giving you that chance, or will it just mean more petty arguments and less fun overall for the player base.

I do not know the answer to that question. At this time I will remain neutral to your unban. I have a lot more confidence in you given the length of time you have gone without evading a ban, and your acknowledgment of many of the issues.

I am neutral, I never really saw much trouble from Chili while on the server for the small amount of time that he was before being banned again. I do remember the many threads made by chili when they first got unbanned ticked off quite a few people who saw the promise from the thread to never rdm again as a test and they would attempt to be rdmd by chili and go "he rdmd get him outta here". So I could see a +1 for that reason, but I'm neutral due to the mass amount of shitposting in appeals. (no i do not have a briefcase with thousands of screenshots or videos from these interactions before people ask)

Idk anything about the harrassment accusations, but the malicious behavior he has described by the community sounds so familiar by this point...

+1 he has been banned for awhile, been in the community for ages and is finally putting in some effort in his appeal and not just shitposting. If him offending is such a high concern then why don't you just put a high warn threshold on him?

1/6/2023 - Banned for Consistent RDM Based on a Ban Request for Mass - (Was 5 RDMs off round start over the course of a map)
1/6/2023 - Posted an appeal that went from and appeal to blaming the staff.
A bunch of ban appeal spam for this ban (like threads before we made a conclusion.)
9/19/2023 - Last Appeal for that ban - Accepted 10/2/2023

11/13/2023 - Banned on a 25 Point Warn Threshold
11/14/2023 - Ban evaded the temp ban - Making both accounts perma'ed - Current Ban

12/1/2023 - Appealing the Ban Evading Ban - Denied
1/2/2024 - Next Appeal - Denied and they got forum banned for spaming the appeals threads again - Forum banned for 6 months
4/21/2024 - Alt Banned
5/12/2024 - Alt Banned
9/22/2024 - Pervious Appeal before current - Denied

In a vacuum, given the amount of time that has passed, I would normally lean towards supporting an unban. Outside of that vacuum, I havent really seen you take accountability for anything in any of your appeals except this one. And when you have taken accountability in this thread, it feels watered down by your attempt to downplay certain situations or by playing the victim. You got a consistent RDM ban that was lifted and you lasted a little less than 2 months before earning another indefinite ban for evading.

I dont really know you so I can only look at the evidence in front of me, and so far that is just the evidence related to your ban. You are right to say that there is no evidence that you "keep harassing people when you get unbanned," but you've only been unbanned once, and that ended in a Harassment related ban, which you evaded the next day. I also dont see any evidence that would have warranted adding a minge warn (which bumped you up to the 25-point threshold), but it is entirely possible that the evidence just wasnt shared. It is also possible that there wasnt just cause for minge. There is no way to know (unless I pulled a smooth brain and just missed it). I can say, however, that the harassment and targeting warns were justified.

I know it might feel like the staff team are out to get you, but we're not. You've just left a bad taste in some of our mouths with your impatience to get unbanned (spamming and evading) and low effort appeals that have no remorse. Overall, I'm neutral to you getting unbanned, and think that if you do, you should have a couple 6 point warns slapped on to basically put you on probation for 6 months, and allow you to work your way back into the community with your actions, rather than words.

It seems like your responses are genuine and you don't intend to repeat the behavior that got you banned. However, Ryan is right the constant appeals and ban evading resulted in you losing the benefit of the doubt (for good reason imo).

We have decided to accept this appeal, but you will start with 18 warn points on a 6 month expiration timer. Also there will be a short leash for repeats of the behavior that got you banned.
